The Agrinet Wireless Gateway is the interface between your farm and the internet. This is the backbone of your farm wide wireless network. Much like a Cel-Fi smart antenna it can connects to the 3G/4G network up to 40km away using a highly directional antenna, but unlike a Cel-Fi it can be used to create a WiFi network covering hundreds, thousands or even millions of hectares. If you're more than 40km from a 4G tower you can still create a farm wide wireless network and make phone calls using your NBN satellite connection, it isn't as fast as NBN fixed wireless, 3G or 4G but at least you can still make and receive phone calls and access the internet from anywhere on your property.
All wireless gateways can connect to wireless receivers and repeaters at a distances up to 5km (line of sight) enabling you to get fast reliable internet to remote buildings and vehicles.
Options are available to connect the gateway over longer distances (up to 20km) to remote locations using point-to-point (P2P) links or to provide local WiFi access to end user devices such as phones, tablets and computers.
